You can register with your email and a password, or sign in with Apple or Google. Email sign-up includes a quick verification code sent to your inbox.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription available monthly or annually. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
TaoVerse Premium unlocks premium features across the whole app. Some individual Plans can also be bought once for ongoing access to that Plan only — a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew.
Open your device Settings, tap your name > Subscriptions (or Google Play > Subscriptions), select TaoVerse, and choose Cancel. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
In the app's subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. Contact Apple or Google to request a refund.
On the sign-in screen, use "Forgot Password". We'll send a verification code to your email so you can set a new password. You can also change your password or email anytime from Settings.

Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app, or email us at ahqsgmm@qq.com from your registered address. Deletion is permanent and removes your cultivation data, journals, and progress.
